1. Eat whatever you want on the green list until you are full.
2. Do not overeat
3. Only eat when you are hungry

I know about a lot of people that have achieved phenomenal results with the banting diet and it is safe as well.
Lots of people reported that when they follow the banting diet, various sicknesses they had disappeared (nice added benefit)

Another side effect of the banting diet is increased energy which is great.

In the event that you are used to eating a lot of starches, the first 3-4 days might be a little rough due to your brain being angry because he was addicted to sugar and is no longer getting his fix.

Training

For great results I would recommend following a weight training plan with HIIT cardio training.

When you do not enjoy going to the gym I would recommend HIIT cardio training because you can do it at home.

Should you only wish to pursue the cardio route... HIIT works like this: Please ensure that you warm up by doing light exercise before you start and stretch properly. You only train 20 minutes per session, preferably 2 times per day. (morning and night).

Lets say for example you choose running as your form of cardio. - For 15 seconds you will run, as if running from a lion that wants to eat you - 45 seconds of slow cardio, this will be light jogging or walking depending on your fitness level
Summary:

Follow these 2 steps and you will see rapid results.

Please do not check the scale daily, check it weekly in the morning when you get up with the same clothes on.

Do not get a fright when you did not lose weight according to the scale, with this meal plan, often times you lose cm instead of kilograms

I kept this guide as simple as possible. Weight loss is not difficult when you follow a plan.

    Thank you very much for you advice it really helps even if this is actually a basic that most of the people not know .
    But can you really lose 20kg just in 8 weeks ??? its sounds pretty impossible ..
